Mike Edmisten | Lead Pastor
Mike has been with the Connect family since January 2006. His primary responsibilities are preaching and teaching God’s Word, providing spiritual and pastoral care for our church family, creating avenues to welcome those who have yet to accept Christ, and providing leadership and vision to carry our church into the future.
Steve Enochs | Worship Pastor
Steve joined Connect in 2018. His experiences running a successful startup, leading worship and serving as a family minister have allowed him to see the world from both the practical and creative perspective. His dream ministry is one in which people are engaged as worshippers, living a life in worship of Jesus and in community with one another.
Grant Bridgewater | Kids & Family Pastor
Grant joined the Connect staff in 2019 after serving as a Children’s Pastor at Southeast Christian Church in Louisville, Kentucky. He is passionate about teaching and loves to engage kids on a level that allows them to experience the gospel in a very personal way. Grant enjoys leading a successful volunteer team as well as being a support system to parents and families.
Matt Messenger | Student Pastor
Matt leads a group of amazing volunteers who strive to see junior and senior high students become better connected to Christ. The team invests into our 6th through 12th graders lives through Biblical teaching, Small Groups, fun activities, games, special events and more.
Max Andrews | Elder
Max is a musician and is passionate about all things music. In addition to being a drummer, he knows his way around the barbecue pit. Max works as an IT specialist for the US Department of Labor.
John Bach | Elder
John leads communications at Connect, including our website, social media and app development. In his regular job, he’s an editor and works in public relations at the University of Cincinnati.
Jamin McDowell | Elder
Jamin helps lead our Connect Team and oversees most of our technical and equipment needs. In his regular job, he’s a manufacturing supervisor at L3 Cincinnati.
